I am pleased to advise that we completed a regular inspection of the above property on 09 July 2019.
 
We have notified the Tenant of any issues that require their attention and I have listed these below for your information, along with any maintenance work that is required to meet your responsibilities as Landlord. I have indicated any maintenance items for which we have initiated the required action, by raising a work order, as provided for in our agreement with you. We await your instructions for dealing with any other maintenance items for which we have not raised a work order.
